Le Marche: the new Tuscany has already arrived (and it goes by its own name)
My mother was born in Pesaro, and her mother came from Urbino, as her family had for a thousand generations. I passed my childhood summers within the stone walls of my grandmother’s palazzo and along the same streets where Raphael once walked, among silent portraits of Renaissance ancestors and books on the Duchy of Montefeltro. On Le Marche, I am not objective, and that is precisely why I am writing about the region now: The Aficionados covered it in May, Italia Squisita in April, and Italy’s most reserved region is quietly entering the international circuits of cultured travel. An editorial on the land that does not shout.

Inspired by the spirit of discovery, this frame combines futuristic design with innovation, appealing to individuals with a strong and confident personality. Part of the Juno family and drawing inspiration from the iconic Akoni aesthetic, it features a futuristic and innovative design that is both bold and sophisticated. Similar to the striking Eris frames, Jupiter features a unique interplay of weights and densities, where materials meet in dynamic juxtaposition, balancing strength and lightness. The acetate side shields are meticulously secured with a nylor thread, ensuring the lens remains securely inserted within the side profiles. A striking contrast is created between the flat profile of the temples and the rounded design of the temple tips, further amplifying the frame's futuristic appeal. With an eye-catching palette ranging from olive to mustard and black iron, these shades reflect the planet's dynamic and powerful presence, combining natural tones with a futuristic touch.

Where the camera stood: another way to travel
Some archives do more than record where a film was shot; they place the original frame beside a photograph of the same spot as it looks today. From Davinotti in Italy to ReelStreets in the United Kingdom, and from L2TC in France to Scouting NY, these tools suggest a different way to plan a trip: a few stops, chosen shot by shot, and observed with the eye of someone who notices the details.

Vienna, Schiele, and Rubens: how I put the pieces of my memory back together
A return to Vienna to say goodbye to Erni Mangold becomes a journey into the objects that describe us. From Egon Schiele's personal display cabinet to the Rubens drawings at the Albertina, Isabella Goldmann explains why a true souvenir is bought only for love, and why those who travel with their senses wide open bring home colored tiles for the mosaic of our memory.
