Be My Ghee is an artisanal ghee brand made by Caseificio Zanchetta, a dairy founded in 1946 and now run by its third generation. Co-founders Marta Zanchetta (b. 1994, passionate about natural and Oriental cooking) and Alex Cavaglià (b. 1991, food industry expert) launched the brand in 2018 to promote ghee's health benefits and culinary versatility. The company combines traditional craftsmanship with advanced R&D to deliver a premium, sustainable product.
