1. General information

This website raremood.com (hereinafter "Platform") is operated by Goldmann & Partners S.r.l. Società Benefit, with registered office in Milan, Italy, VAT number 06258520961, registered with the Milan Business Registry (hereinafter "RAREMOOD" or "We").

RAREMOOD is a digital marketplace that connects users with verified sustainable artisans and producers ("Vendors"), facilitating access to their e-commerce sites. We are not a direct e-commerce platform but a curation and referral platform.

Access to and use of the Platform are subject to these Terms and Conditions. By using the Platform, you fully accept these terms.

2. Nature of service

RAREMOOD operates as a marketplace publisher:

• We curate and select global artisans and producers according to sustainability standards verified by our research center IRCAS (https://goldmann.it/ircas/)
• We direct traffic to Vendors' e-commerce sites
• We do not handle transactions directly: purchases occur on Vendors' sites
• We are not responsible for products, shipping, returns, or transactions that occur on third-party sites

3. Use of the platform

3.1 Access

Use of the Platform is free. Some features may require registration with a valid email address.

3.2 User responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Not use the Platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Respect the intellectual property rights of RAREMOOD and Vendors

3.3 User content

If you upload content (reviews, comments, images), you warrant that you own the rights and grant RAREMOOD a non-exclusive license to use them on the Platform.

4. Transactions with vendors

4.1 Direct relationship

When you click on a product and are redirected to a Vendor's site, you establish a direct contractual relationship with that Vendor, not with RAREMOOD.

4.2 Terms of sale

Prices, availability, terms of sale, shipping, returns, and warranties are established exclusively by Vendors on their sites.

4.3 Limitation of liability

RAREMOOD is not responsible for:

• Quality, defects, or non-conformity of products
• Delays or problems with shipping
• Management of returns and refunds
• Disputes with Vendors
• Availability or functionality of third-party sites

5. IRCAS sustainability verification

Vendors featured on RAREMOOD are evaluated by our IRCAS research center for alignment with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. This evaluation focuses on sustainable intentions and practices and does not constitute scientific certification or legal guarantee. IRCAS verification does not replace any product certifications required by law.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform (texts, images, logos, graphics, design) is protected by copyright and owned by RAREMOOD or the respective Vendors.

It is prohibited to reproduce, distribute, or commercially use the content without written authorization. Product images belong to Vendors and are used with permission.

7. Privacy and data protection

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003.

We use cookies and IP tracking systems to track your visits to Vendor sites (affiliate cookies) and improve user experience.

8. Limitations and disclaimer

8.1 Availability

The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee continuous and uninterrupted service availability.

8.2 Information accuracy

We do our best to maintain accurate information, but we do not guarantee completeness or absence of errors in published content.

8.3 External links

The Platform contains links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these sites.

9. Changes to terms

RAREMOOD reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on the Platform with an update date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the Court of Milan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
