About the Founder Sonia founded Harmonatural® in 2020 after a Master’s in Security Policy and International Relations. A year-long vanlife journey across North and Central America inspired her commitment to a sustainable, plastic-free lifestyle. Returning to Italy, she expanded Harmonatural to include refillable candles, turning everyday routines into sustainable wellbeing experiences.
